Welcome to Baat Pakki Vyah Nakki. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website baatpakkivyahnakki.com and the wedding choreography services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Baat Pakki Vyah Nakki ("we", "us", "our") is a wedding choreography service founded by Prateek Aneja and Tanuja Mundepi. We design and deliver custom choreography for sangeet ceremonies, couple dances, family performances, and bride & groom entries across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and destination weddings.

2. Our Services

We provide personalised choreography, practice sessions, music guidance, and related creative direction as described in our package offerings or in a custom quotation. The exact scope of work, number of sessions, and deliverables for your engagement are those confirmed in writing between us. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at our reasonable discretion.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

You may enquire with us through the website enquiry form, phone, email, or WhatsApp. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when the required advance payment has been received and we have provided written confirmation. Event dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis and cannot be held without a confirmed booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are as published on our website (on a per-minute or Full Event basis) or as set out in a custom quotation provided to you. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Travel, accommodation, and local transport for outstation or destination events are charged separately unless expressly included in your package.

An advance payment is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable as per the agreed payment schedule, ordinarily before the event. We reserve the right to revise the prices of services that have not yet been booked.

5. Practice Sessions & Scheduling

The number of practice sessions included depends on the package or quotation agreed. Sessions are scheduled mutually in advance. Sessions missed or cancelled by the client at short notice may not be rescheduled or carried over, and remain chargeable.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your event and requirements.
• Ensure a suitable, safe space is available for practice sessions where applicable.
• Ensure all participating performers are available and punctual for scheduled sessions.
• Arrange timely venue access, stage, sound, and equipment as agreed for the event day.

7. Travel & Destination Events

For outstation and destination weddings, travel, accommodation, and local transport for our team are to be arranged or reimbursed by the client unless expressly included in the agreed package.

8. Intellectual Property

All choreography, routines, music edits, tutorial videos, and creative materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property. They are licensed to you solely for personal use at your own event. They may not be resold, taught commercially, reproduced for third parties, or redistributed without our written consent.

9. Media & Promotional Use

We may capture photographs and videos during practice sessions and performances, and may use this content for our portfolio, social media, and marketing. If you do not wish for your content to be used in this way, please inform us in writing and we will respect your request.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for that engagement.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, accidents, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external platforms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi NCR, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
