Shipping & Exchange Policy

Baat Pakki Vyah Nakki provides wedding choreography services, not physical products. As we do not sell or dispatch any goods, this page explains how our services and any digital materials are delivered, and how requests to change a package ("exchange") are handled.

1. Service Delivery

Our services are delivered in person at a mutually agreed practice location — such as your residence, venue, or an arranged practice space — and/or online through video sessions, and on your event day at the wedding or function venue. No physical product is shipped or couriered as part of our services.

2. Service Schedule

Once a booking is confirmed, practice sessions are scheduled mutually within the timeline appropriate to your chosen package or quotation. Event-day choreography is delivered on the date of your wedding or function as agreed.

3. Digital Deliverables

Where your package includes digital materials — such as tutorial videos or edited music tracks — these are delivered electronically via WhatsApp, email, or a shared cloud link. Digital deliverables are shared within the timelines communicated for your package. No physical media (CDs, USB drives, or similar) is dispatched.

4. Service Areas

We serve Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and destination weddings. For outstation and destination events, travel and accommodation arrangements are coordinated separately as described in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Package Changes & "Exchange"

Because we do not sell physical goods, there are no product exchanges or returns. However, you may request to upgrade or modify your chosen package before choreography preparation begins, subject to our availability and a revised quotation. Once choreography work has started, any changes are accommodated at our discretion. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. No Physical Shipping

As a service provider, we do not ship, courier, or deliver any physical items. Any reference to "shipping" in relation to our business should be understood as the delivery of choreography services and digital materials as described above.
